WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE AND AWARENESS

"Be aware, be prepared, be safe. You are worth defending!"
Join us for an educational class on awareness and prevention. Discover how to prepare yourself, avoid being targeted, and learn effective self-defense techniques.
This class is available for ages 12 and above
(younger girls are welcome with parental consent and supervision; feel free to reach out with any questions).
