Women's Self-Defense and Awareness

Come join us for a class of awareness and education.  Learn ways to prepare yourself, prevent being targeted, and how to effectively defend yourself.
Class is offered to ages 12 and up (younger ladies on a select basis, please contact for questions). 
Wear comfortable clothes.  
The fee is $20 (except for ladies attending as a refresher).

Identify, prepare, prevent, and protect our youth!  Join us for a fun and educational class designed to empower our youth to stand against bullying.  Participants will learn to define bullying, take non-violent steps to avoid being bullied, and learn defense techniques to protect themselves if needed.
Class is offered to ages 7 and up.  
The fee is $10
